Bootstrap is a free and open-source CSS framework and is one of the most popular frameworks for quickly building responsive websites. Bootstrap contains a collection of components, plugins and CSS utility classes building on top of CSS and jQuery, though there exist ports for other frameworks such as React, Vue and Angular.
